ProPak Asia 2026 (10-14 June 2026) has concluded, and the Galdi team enjoyed the opportunity to connect with food and beverage manufacturers from across the region to discuss current industry demands and practical production solutions.
Galdi RG50: Live demos for the dairy, fruit juice and liquid eggs industries
The primary focus at our booth was the Galdi RG50 filling machine. This allowed technical teams and production managers to observe the machine’s mechanical movements and filling cycle firsthand.
A key talking point during these demonstrations was the machine compact footprint and self-contained design. Because the RG50 features a localized clean air system built directly into the machine, it maintains high hygiene standards without requiring a full cleanroom for the entire surrounding room ambiance. This design offers manufacturers a practical way to manage initial capital investment while ensuring reliable product protection.
Total control over filling operations
Our Korean Service Engineer, Yun, was on hand to guide visitors through the control panel interface, letting them test the operational flow themselves. This interactive approach helped operators assess the usability and responsiveness of the system. Visitors were also able to take sample cartons produced by the RG50 during the show to examine the final sealing quality.
Gable top carton has an alternative to plastic and aluminum-layer packaging
Reducing the dependency from plastic supply chains and increasing sustainability have proved to be major points of discussions with local beverage manufacturers, with numerous inquiries about filling products into recyclable, aluminum-free gable top cartons.
